Shipping
It takes 3-5 business days to process orders. During store updates, the processing time may increase to 5-10 days depending on order volume. Please be patient with us as it is only Mintmai and Mochi doing store management, production, and shipment.
If your order contains a preorder item (charms & standees), your entire order will start shipping when the item has finished production, usually 4-6 weeks from the order date. If you do not want to wait, please order preorder items separately from in-stock items.
All orders will come with a tracking number. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- Estimated Delivery (United States) 5-7 business days, $4.50 flat rate
- Estimated Delivery (International) 7-25 business days, $14 flat rate
International Orders VAT & Customs Fees
We do not collect any VAT and customs fees. The customer is responsible for any VAT & customs charges in their respective country. All incoming packages to the EU/UK are subject to VAT and customs fees. There will be no refunds for refusal to pay customs fees.
Can Mintmai sign my order?
Signed prints are only available during specific promotions. If you are interested in signed prints, please look out for announcements on Mintmai's Twitter (@mintmaiVT).
How are the items packed?
- Keychains and standees: kraft mailer
- Small prints: rigid mailer
- Large prints: tube
- Combination of above: Larger box to combine items.
Returns and Exchanges
If your order arrived incomplete or damaged then please contact shopmintmai@gmail.com to receive replacements. Please include photos of the original packaging and items.
If your order is lost, we may reship your order or provide a refund at our discretion. Please contact us for help.
If the order is lost because of incomplete or incorrect address information, then you will not receive a refund.
Other than that, there are no returns or exchanges.
